Named for an Aztec God, the Axolotl (pronounced ACK-suh-LAH-tuhl) is a Mexican walking fish that decided to never grow up. They retain their larval features throughout life and are found almost exclusively in the waters of the Xochimilco lake complex. Despite the adorable grin on their faces, these critically endangered creatures are currently facing extinction from pollution and urban sprawl. Printed with soy-based inks on FSC certified paper, this 12″ x 12″ wall calendar features large monthly grids that offer ample room for jotting notes, along with six bonus months of July through December of 2022. It also includes moon phases (CST), standard U.S. and international holidays.
